As some of you know, hubby is facing unemployment and the way the construction industry is at the moment, there's not much chance of him finding another job soon. Anyhow, our car has been exempt from our br's because hubby needs transport to work. If he loses his job and doesn't get another before we are discharged could the car be claimed or is it a case of once it's exempted it's safe??
It's nice to be back......

I'm pretty sure that once the OR has exempted your car it's safe.

Plus, I would imagine he will need it to try and get further employment in the future?
