Hello all, I have read some where recently that if we were to make ourselves B/R that because we have little or no equity in our home, that we may be able to keep it.Is this true or possible[?]

Yes this is possible. If you have little or no equity in your home then you may be able to transfer the property back into your names from the court by offering an equivalent amount. So if there was no equity in your home this could potentially be done for as little as one pound (plus legal costs).
