I just got this information from Stepchange today. Unsure if it applies across the board, but worth enquiring if you are a key worker on overtime.

"I'm a key worker. Do I need to pay more into my IVA?"

If you're a key worker, you don't need to make additional IVA payments during the coronavirus crisis if this is as a result of working overtime. You just need to let us know at your annual review, or when you next send pay slips to us, that you're a key worker, and provide evidence to support this.

does anyone know if it applies to IVA with Creditfix as well? I am a key worker but I paid my overtime into my Iva this month. They didn’t mention anything

I think it is a discretionary thing. CF appear to be too self-serving to consider this, but might have overlooked it -- always worth asking them direct.

EDIT : Since this post the new rules have been published ... have a look here: new-iva-rules-during-the-pandemic-t89181 ---- these are not discretionary.
My opinions are merely that .. opinions based on experience. Always seek professional advice.

Having read the change in working re overtime for keyworkers I would hope all firms allow this without question for all key workers.

Let's hope they do.

I've a feeling this will vary across the industry.
Discharged today the 8th feb 2012. View is much brighter now.
