Hi - I am doing an IVA with this company and the creditors meeting is this Wednesday. I was just wondering if there is anyone out there that has or is using this company and what their expereinces are. I would be grateful for any feedback.

Kind regards

rs

scaredkez that was a bit of a unnecessary sarcastic response. If you read the title of the message it is actually Kingsgate Insolvency, so one would gather that was the company I was asking about!

r.s.

Please don't take offence. Believe me, we are here to help in any way we can. Kerri in particular has been a contributor to this forum for the last 5 months or so and if you read her blogs you will understand what she has been through and hopefully understand that the last thing she would want to be is sarcastic. If anyone can use her personal experience to assist others its Kerri.

Please post more info about your overall debt and who its with and we can offer some input.

Best wishes

Dave

Kingsgate Insolvency belongs to Churchwood Financial Management Limited - so you are likely to get the same quality of advice and support you probably got if you were doing a DMP with this company.

Its ok scaredkez I appeciate your message I guess im quick to take offense sometimes just because i feel i'm always fighting battles particulary since i got myself into this state. Anyway I have read some of the stuff you have written on this forum and I just wanted to say that what you have coped with is amazing and i genuially do hope that everything works out for you. Just to get through what you have is such an achievement in my view.

Im very nervous right now my creditors meeting is at 1.00 so i should know soon of the outcome. I would still appricate any more views/comments about kingsgate - would really like to chat with someone who has used them.

Thankyou everyone for your comments.

Hi r.s

Good luck today with your creditors meeting - I sincerely hope that all goes through ok.
Although you have already chosen to go with Kingsgate Insolvency in setting up your IVA, what are you concerned about? By reading between the lines, I don't think that you are comfortable with them and what they are proposing. Please correct me if I am wrong.
