Hi Cheshiredebt

You can do a land registry search here http://www.landregistry.gov.uk/public/online-services

I think it costs about £4

Hi there,

You should also receive something from Land Registry themselves confirming the restriction was removed.

The IVA company certainly should so may be able to forward you a copy?

Regards,

Drew

Your IP should have lodged a form RX4 at the Land Registry to effectively remove the restriction.
