If one earns large additional bonus payments and overtime in a month that totals more than £500 does that count as a windfall?
For the last year or so i have consistently earned several hundred pounds of OTE's as well as some overtime every month.
My next payday will be a record breaker in terms of OTE bonus and overtime and will be well over £500 so how would I stand with this?
Id just like to stress that I always pay 50% of any additional earnings after the first 10% anyway.
