I am in an iva with my husband just had a yearley review, last payment is oct 2014 will i have another review july 2014 bearing in mind we will only have 3 months to pay anyway

Hi Maureen. You should have another annual review as the IP is bound to produce these within 2 months of the arrangement's anniversary (some do seem to be less compliant than others, however).
You would, in any event, need a final review, which they might be able to roll into the annual review ( if happy to bend rules and dates).
