Congrats Sam. Mine and your IVAs both finished on exactly the same day with same firm DFD and I'm 30 next year. All the best for the future. Hopefully completion certs won't be too long.

Thankyou Rod, good luck in your journey! Congrats to you too Beresford!! Cant believe how much we have in common - I really wish Id found this site years ago, instead of only a few days ago!! Let me know how you get on with the certificate. I've emailed Declan @ DFD to see if he can advise, otherwise I will phone them on friday for an update. I dont know about you but it doesn't feel real does it, after all this time..its finally over! :-)

Thanks shrews, it is a great feeling but I will feel 100% happy once I get that certificate! I would like to wish you all the best in your IVA, believe me, it may feel like completion is a long way off but it really does fly by! Good luck!

Hey Sam you're right it does feel unreal. Great to finally finish. Yes, I'll keep you posted regarding any progress on getting my completion cert from DFD. I'm in no real hurry for it but will be pestering Declan if it takes too long haha. Good luck with getting yours. Keep us posted.

Congrats to you Sam and Beresford....thats great news! I completed my IVA at the end of June this year, I recieved my completion certificate 2 weeks ago. Have to say Grant Thornton have been fantastic with me!
And...had a look on the Insolventry Register this morning...and I have been removed from the list!! Soo happy and is a great way to start my week!
Keep going everyone...it is soo worth it!!
IVA Completed June 2011!

Update is it has now been 6 years + 1 day since the start...it has all just been removed from my credit report! Soo Happy!

It was worth the long wait!

Now I am free again!
