What happens IF the review is not carried out in the 2 month window?
Is there any legal implications for the Debtor?

Thanks Melanie
Iwas also wondering can the IP or company change your iva payment if you dont have a review. As at the moment with all the price rises and especially fuel prices that i am just able to keep my iva payments going with the currant ammount.
Mine was due on 26/03/08 but with my iva changing hands to a different company i just wondered if with all the buisiness of the change over its been forgotten,I had a variation meeting on Thursday and still have not heard anything from payplan

Give them a call to chase things up - at which time you can tell them about your concerns about ever increasing expenditure.
