Hi all

I am moving (sold house), I have to pay £2k into my IVA as per the 4th year lump sum (this was pre-arranged fixed, not LTV). Does anybody know if my legal fees such as estate agents and solicitors fees will be paid before the IVA restriction of £2k? Not sure that I will have enough to pay the IVA.

Thanks[?]

Hi
I think that you will need your IPs advice on this one.I would think hat it would be 2k net of any fees.
Maybe you can add any shortfall onto the end of your IVA ?

The £2,000 will be after legal and brokers fees, so if you feel that this cannot be achieved as Andy says speak to your IP as soon as possible.
