Hi newbe

This can vary from IP to IP, I would suggest asking your IVA provider when they will call your meeting.
Its usually from 14-28 days I believe as creditors have to be given time to look at the proposal and vote.

Good luck

Would you know if your IVA is supposed to be Simple Consumer IVA protocol compliant?

If it is then I believe you should be looking at a minimum of 23 days. In entering in to the spirit of the IVA Protocol, the creditors are supposed to be submitting their proxy votes at least 7 days in advance of the meeting. In order to do that, they need to have it 16 days prior to the date they submit their proxy.
Tell it like it is.

I don't work on that basis Cybus - the legislation states 14 days notice, with three days deemed to be best practice for posting. The protocol means that creditors merely need to get their act together a little quicker - and from what I am seeing they have certainly done so.
