Oh dear Zoe why not say you are not feeling well and go home. Sometimes you just need a good cry to let it out, then you will start to feel a bit better. I know we all keep saying there will be an answer but there will be,yours will just take a bit longer.
Life deals rotten blows just when you dont need them I've had a few myself, I've learnt that you just have to pick yourself up and accept what you have, there is always someone worse off than yourself and at the end of the day health and family are the most important.
