Hi blods,

Simbel has actually had the IVA accepted - it's just the morons in the call centres don't seem to want to accept it.

MORONS!! Somewhat polite there Jan!
If we all threw our problems in a pile and saw everyone else’s, we’d grab ours back.

Funds paid to date accepted as F&F 16th August 2013, the wait for completion begins.
Wait over....certificate recieved 3rd May 2014

Oh yes - our IVA has been accepted - paperwork has been completed and sent to all parties and just to make sure I went to look on the Insolvency Register today - and yes our names were on it (very depressing - still can't actually understand why it's available for everyone to see - surely they could make this available to the financial industry only or something)

I believe they're called leeches who scour the insolvency register!

I actually recieved a leter from Integrity Financial Services today, doubting the advice given by my IP, i'm sure this is the first of many. Am I allowed to contact them with the suggestion that they go and procreate with themselves or would that be stooping to their level??

Send it to Size 5 whose contact details can be found in the experts section or put it in the shredder, they're not worth the paper they're written on.
IVA final payment left the bank on the 26th January 2013...looking forward to a debt free future.
