hi guys

i had a letter this morning from a company called risk management alternatives saying mbna had contacted them to request payment for overdue amount, this is the first time we have missed a payment and only by a few days do the normally use a third party or will they be part of mbna. [:(]

This is a debt collection company Abby, and nothing to worry about. Send the letter to your IP so that they can update their records.

It can be! There is no real consistency of approach in the debt collection industry I am afraid!

They are quick off the mark - and they wo't be the last!! Send any correspondance like this to your IP and if you want to at first also phone and tell them about it (I did)
