Just to let you know - received a call this morning to let me know our rent account has been receipted with the missing money today following a court case against a member of staff for fraud / theft on two customer accounts ! Apolgies received and a £100 compensatory offer made ! I knew we were in the right !

congrats on this - wondering why the agency took this stance against you - they must have known about the court case for a while !

Nice about them giving a apology - i would want it written in their Blood!! - i would also be making a formal complaint against they way this has been handled - then again (as my OH says) i am a bit like a pit bull, once i have a hold of something - i wont let it go !!!

Any new yet on the house ? - Survey?
