I'm nearly there but I know what you mean about budgeting.
I find it really hurts me to spend too much for anything.
When I see credit cards advertised now at "only 20% APR" I am horrified. Yet that was what I was paying (and more!) no so long ago.
Only 5 days to go and counting!
Final payment made Dec 2011.
Certificate of Completion arrived 26th Sept 2012

Thank you for all of your kind words. Whoever, says that IVA's are an easy option are wrong, it is hard and part of me thinks rightly so but they are a way of been able to wipe your debt slate clean whilst paying what you can realistically afford.
