Light at the end of the tunnel

Well since my first post things have moved along swiftly and I would like to take the chance to thank Melanie and all her staff for making us feel human again. From the first point of contact with Tina, Sarah in the office and with Melanie last night its been uplifting and the way they have dealt with me I can only describe as 1st class.Even yesterday when I had a phone call from our biggest creditor Lloyds/Tsb when I explained the situation fully and what was going Lloyds were very sympathetic and even thanked me for being honest with them.
So the tip is to be honest with all concerned don't try and bluff your way through at least we are begining to smile again cause there is light at the end of the tunnel.
Once again thanks to all at Melanie Giles for helping us to see it.

Good luck with your proposal and it,s a very good point regarding dealing with your creditors,keep them informed,answer all calls and be strong.

Hi Razorback

I think you have made an excellent first choice. Unlike me, I chose Synergi via the dreaded Debt Counsellors. One failed IVA propasal in early May then I found this forum and then Melanie and co. By mid June a Full and Final IVA was approved. There is a saying some can't see the wood for trees! Synergi can't!! But don't get me wrong as I am sure there are many other IP's out there who are very dedicated to their work and look after both creditors and debtors alike. Good luck with the proposal as you are with the A Team.
