Hi, I can't comment on what they are like with a DMP as I didn't do one with them, but my IVA is with them and I am almost 12 months in and so far have only had positive experiences with them.

Why don't you visit www.iva.com and see also those IVA companies that offer DMP's as well. Select reviews of one or two before you decide.

I was with payplan for the 5 years of my IVA and they have been great. My partner was also in a DMP with them and they were always prompt in replying to any queries and helpful throughout and ensured that he didn't have to deal with any creditors himself.
I'm with Payplan for my IVA, my Mom is with them for a DMP, both have only had good experiences so far, my Mom has been with them for 2 years,my IVA was accepted 2 weeks ago
the dmp is 17 years or something stupid like that, its only a short term plan to get my payments down cause me and my partner have just split up, and i want to get sorted out knowing exactly what my outgoings (csa etc) are before i commit to an iva. thanks again everyone
Gotcha Peterpan - sort out what your commitments are likely to be then swap to an IVA as 17 years is really not on for a DMP!

Good idea to get yourself sorted peterpan. It's a bit of breathing space while you get your head together.
