Hello. Help needed if possible. Hoping to enter
into IVA shortly. Need to open a new ank account.
I recently opened one with RBS but have since
found out it is linked to LOMBARD who are one of
my creditors.
Keep smiling. It could be worse.

Hi
I think that you will be ok keeping the RBS account, however if you have no debts with the Co-op bank their Cashminder account is very good.

Yes, it is linked.

You could try the Co-op, they are quite good, Nationwide also. As long as the bank isn't linked, then you will be ok.

If you are not sure who is linked to who - post them on here and we can try and help.

take the money they are owed from that account
when my wages were payed in. Are Alliance Leicester
linked to anyone else.
Keep smiling. It could be worse.

That is unlikely, but having an entirely separate account is probably the best way forward.
