i had Moorcrofts as one of my creditors from a Debt with Littlewoods
Catalogue
I had them as one my creditors in my proposal put forward for an IVA
which was Accepted.
I have since found that they have passed the Debt onto another debt recovery company and now i am getting letters again.
Can they do this as Moorcrofts were the company i owed the debt too
and now they have passed the debt over too someone else a month after my IVA acceptance.

I owed Moorcrofts £884 and had them as one of my creditors after my IVA and now the debt has been passed to some company called Fredericksons well after my IVA was Accepted and am now getting demands from them.
Should i forward any letters from them to my IP

Debta can be assigned after the approval of an IVA, Andrew, Max Recovery accept assignments as a matter of routine, but the assignee is equally bound by the IVA.

I recommend you advise the assignee of the IVA and pass the correspondence to the Supervisor.

it is strange ian as Moorcrofts was on my IVA proposal when it was put forward.
I can't remember if they voted or not but my IVA was accepted with that Debt as one of my creditors.
Now all of a sudden i am getting letters from some company called Fredericksons about the debt i owed moorcrofts maybe a month after the IVA went through.

I suspect that the assignee may not have been made aware of the IVA by the assignor (it wouldn't be the first time)which is why they will be chasing you.

I would nip it in the bud by telling them about the IVA and bringing the Supervisor into the equation.
