I live in a mobile home and myself and my wife have no other property. By definition a Caravan depreachiates much like a car, leaving no chance of equity. Where would we stand re property in this situation

Hi jim and welcome to the forum

The mobile home has a value which will need to be disclosed in your Statement of Affairs. How much is it worth?
