I feel like a massive weight has lifted and i can stop beating myself up and get on with living again. Yes its a bit scary knowing that theres no longer the lifeboat of credit to use ( although im glad that boat is well and truly sank now) but its a case of looking for the best ways to use the money we have left. Good luck and take care and take as much help and support as you can from everyone on here cause we're all on the same journey on this site but just at different stages of it. X

Hold on in there, the end sounds very close. My wife finds it worse than me but we just pull together and focus on the main things.

By the way, hope you have found your Solo card OK. I struggled using at first as it was quite new, but now most places accept it even ASDA pay at pump fuel allows you to put £20 in!!!!

got my house valued today as part of the process of gathering info and found it had lost 40%(£80k) in two years following the slump.im in negative equity of £28k!!

now i can see why northern rock are in such dire straits!
