NA70 thanks for sharing that info regarding your creditors. Its good to see how each Company deals with the situation.

Good luck for the 16th I am also with Melanies team.

I think your concern and worrying over the Creditors Meeting is something that comes naturally to us all at sometime or another and I know how you feel about thinking your helpless, but one things for certain...you are certainly on the right road!
I came into this world with nothing and still have most of it left!

i'll keep this simple :- IVA accepted!!!

six and a half weeks from making contact with melanie via email late one sunday eveing i now get a chance to move on with my life.

i really cannot express enough my appreciation to Melanie Giles and her team of Tina Shortland,Angela Smith and Claire Jackson for their understanding sympathetic nature, advice and support. also i'm sure there are many folks behind the scenes who worked on my behalf that i never got an oportunity to speak with and my appreciation to you folks also.

if im really honest i didnt expect my Iva would be accepted due to me being pessimistic because of the hands life has dealt me lately.

throughout the process Melanie has been 100% positive and im forever in her debt for what she has achieved for me.
