I have just filled out the forms for iva, but worried because 3 of my loans have been taken out this year april time but 2 of them are extensions to pre existing loans, will this effect my chances? i`ve also had to take car finance out in july because my car kept breaking down but this is in my mums name again will this affect me in any way.
