Hi Everyone,
As you will be aware following my on-going storey I am moving back to Bristol at the end of August. I need to find a lodger so my mortgage payments reduce allowing me to keep the house.
Does anyone know a person/people looking for a rented room in South Bristol near the Bristol City Football Ground? It's a lovely three bedroom terraced house - front and back gardens, living room, dining room, breakfast room, TV in each room, etc - with me living there (I think I'm a nice person, but I am biased!!).
I'm a nurse and health care manager by background so could help any student in the caring professions, but anyone interested would be welcome....
Hope someone knows a suitable person,
Hugs,
Chardonnay

Hi There,
Thank you so much for that, glad to know I'm not alone!! I like to think I'm a caring, honest, open nurse and I'll do anything I can to help others.
I'm not against selling my house, but with the current market I'm just trying to hang on till prices rise again and I get a better return for my IVA.
I'll make sure I check potential lodgers,
Take care, you're so sweet,
Hugs,
Chardonnay

Good luck with your move Chardonnay! I hope you manage to find a super lodger as well.

Good luck with finding someone Chardonnay. You come across as such a kind, caring person that whoever does lodge with you will be very lucky x

Thanks everyone,
I love you all to bits - you all give so much support and help it really makes the trials and strains of life easier.
I'll let you all know how I get on with the move, my new job and the lodger. (I'm doing a DIY move with friends and family as it's the cheap option - I'm hoping it will be fun - I just hope everyone else feels the same!!)
Hugs,
Chardonnay
