Hi
My Iva completed in January . I know it takes a while for credit file to build .
However I want to try and get a cheaper mortgage. I am presently with the dreaded Kensington and the balance is 62k . Property values at 150k my cmi is 760 per month. Any idea who I can approach and do you think I can get a cheaper deal . I have 7 years left on this one.
Thanks

Hi,

Have a word with either Ryan or Shaun our mortgage experts. Hopefully they can help you.

As Kallis suggests, have a word with Shaun or Ryan. Their details can be found under the "Quick Links" tab ( top left) and then under "The Team".

They are both whole of market brokers with experience in the adverse credit sector.
My opinions are merely that .. opinions based on experience. Always seek professional advice.

If the IVA ran for six years your credit file may have cleared up already. I would certainly recommend speaking with one of the mortgage advisors.

It's certainly worth looking at - nothing ventured nothing gained and you don't need to commit to anything until you know exactly what your options are.
