[:(]Just had my annual review to find that half of the years wage slips have gone missing! We have had a change in IP during the year. I send them every 3-4 months(or when I remember)!Great, what a palarvar it will be to get hubbys compnay to print off 36 wage slips(get paid weekly) hope they find them soon!

I have been in a similar situation in that i sent my wage slips in, they returned them saying some were missing.
Now i know for deff i sent them all in but they insisted they were missing, anyway bank statements sorted it out as my wage was paid in to my bank monthly.

You get a P60 to show earning to the end of the tax year (end of March)
You could ask your employer for one to the end of October as it`s the half year?
Only guessing I`m afraid, I`m self employed so our tax affairs sometimes warrant such a request.

Easy to say it now...always copy what you send in..I know it costs to out but you have your own audit then. In the mean time bank statements may be accepted.

why not scan and send electronically if you have that facility.

But at the least copy them. Bank statements will show what was paid hopefully so maybe your IP will accept that as evidence.
IVA final payment left the bank on the 26th January 2013...looking forward to a debt free future.

Same here Lesley. Always found it easier scanning payslips and emailing on a monthly basis.

Must admit I couldn't lay my hands on all this years payslips at the moment amongst the myriad of bills/letters I've recieved but their all held on a hard drive (and copied to a second drive), so saves having to empty the draws cupboards and even my car glovebox lol.
I came into this world with nothing and still have most of it left!

After some wage slips of mine went for a walk during the handover from BE to GT I started scanning and emailing them, much safer as you always have the originals still.
If life is what you make it, I must have been in a strange mood when I made mine
