I'm in the process of making lump sum offers in the hop of settling my debt after a family member has offered to help me out with a lump sum. When comprising my income and expenditure, I'm including my repayment of this loan to my family member as part of my expenditure - I assume this will be agreeable to my creditors as if I hadn't been offered this help I'd be facing bankruptcy?

Yes you can argue that the loan will not be available if you do not have a budget in place to pay it back.
