We can't really answer that for you ivaclosure. There will be varying levels of timescale, depending on the issues which still have to be resolved on cases. GT have inherited a lot of cases from other IP firms over the last year or so, and have some problems to resolve in some of them which are taking some time to conclude. I am sure they will get round to yours as soon as they are able.

My iva with GT concluded in july. I have received no information from them over what happens next so after contacting them I found they wanted to make a PPI claim. My iva was with Accuma before GT and my old IP advised me not to make any ppi claims as they may prejudice the goodwill of my creditors. I asked GT for a declaration of no claims form in august and again in September and was told I would receive it in a week, end of October and still no sign. I have found their customer service severley lacking , I sent an email once with the heading "forum" and received an answer straight away but why should the threat of the forum be the only reason why they answer a client. They have quoted a time frame of 6 months for completion and as soon as those 6 months are up I will be onto them everyday. Its been over 6 years already and I just want it to be over!!

It will take forever, but you will probably be told several things, several times and then be told them all again by someone else when they can't think of anything else to say.
Good luck with the closure but just accept it will take a very very long time and you will not get fed bull**** that will just exhaust you.
