Good news:
Met on Wednesday night with the mortgage advisor and it looks highly possible!! Parents are divorcing and there is lots of equity in the family home which me & dad want to stay in, as I am on a good salary we are looking at me buying the house and my debits being paid off with some of the equity. My mam is 100% happy for this to happen, just need to clear it with Dad which I can’t see it being a problem.
Bad news:
My sister was rushed into hospital yesterday and she is very poorly. So things are on hold as I have not spoken to my Dad yet about my problem. Main concern is now my sisters health.

Great news about the house, but I am so sorry to hear about your sister. I do hope she makes a speedy recovery.

My thoughts are with you and your family. Big hug coming your way.
