Good news:
Met on Wednesday night with the mortgage advisor and it looks highly possible!! Parents are divorcing and there is lots of equity in the family home which me & dad want to stay in, as I am on a good salary we are looking at me buying the house and my debits being paid off with some of the equity. My mam is 100% happy for this to happen, just need to clear it with Dad which I can’t see it being a problem.
Bad news:
My sister was rushed into hospital yesterday and she is very poorly. So things are on hold as I have not spoken to my Dad yet about my problem. Main concern is now my sisters health.
Great news about the house, but I am so sorry to hear about your sister. I do hope she makes a speedy recovery.
My thoughts are with you and your family. Big hug coming your way.

Sorry to hear about your sister but pleased she is making good progress. Also very pleased that the familly are all now supportive of your debt problems and there is light at the end of the tunnel. Good luck.
