Hi all

I havnt posted for a while but fear not im always reading away. I sent letters to all my creditors a week or so ago advising our intentions of IVA and you guessed it millions of summons demands landed on my doormat today way more than mine and hubbys income. Its so hard not paying them anything but we simply cant afford to clear them. Cant wait to have an end to all this, feeling a little worried today they know how to pressure you at the worst moment dont they.

Hi Kelly

Nice to hear from you again. Do you have an IP acting for you or are you dealing with your creditors directly still?

Hi Melanie

Im a little confused at that question as I thought it was yourself. I went through your website a few weeks back now. Been dealing with Tina and Angela and just about sent in all the info they have asked for. I must say however I have been asked for the same details several times now so hope they get to you at some point. The letters I sent to creditors were the standard letters sent with the forms to complete.

Sorry - I know you by your real names and not your forum ones!!! I don't always get the forum nicknames - but I think I know which one you are!!!

The forum encourages the use of psuedonyms to protect people's identities - and this is a clear example of it success!!!

Don't worry - we are well on the way with your case, and Angela tells me you are about to send us some documentation today!

Hi Melanie

I thought this was the case as I spoke with your office today. Made me chuckle though. Thanks for checking. Heard back from Anthony Parsons with some good mortgage quotes today also passed them on to your team so things have moved on quite a bit this week.
