Hi j_s, my IVA was with Accuma. Admittedly it has failed, but that was my fault for thinking I could pay more than I could actually afford. Since I told them I couldn't afford the payments Accuma have been great and tried to find a way to keep my IVA up and running, but due to the modifications it wasn't to be. There have been a couple of negative posts about Payplan recently, but to be fair I haven't had any experience of them. Hopefully someone who has will be along soon.

Good luck whatever you decide.

Onwards and upwards!!!

Hi,
I went with Payplan and was impressed by their willingness to 'phone me in the evenings and weekends to help me resolve the situation. They gave me what I think was sound advice about allowing myself a "sensible" amount to live on, revising my figures to take this into account. When my IVA was approved in December, they rang me and explained everything in detail, including not doing too much to my house so that my creditors couldn't take anything out of any equity that may arise.
Throughout the whole IVA process, noone ever judged me. They just came over as doing what they could to help me resolve the situation.
My overall impression now is that they were the right company for me.
