Hey james, welcome to the forum. I think the answer is no, you are bound by the terms of the IVA. An expert will be along shortly to advise you but if you could just post why you are thinking of doing this. Viki X

There is nothing to stop you offering a DMP if your IVA has failed - but for it to fail you would have to default on the payments. What is motivating you to want to get out of the IVA?
