I don;t think my team leader can believe i work in IT sometimes either.

Yesterday I set up a load of pc's for her and one of the cd rom drives wouldnt work.. There i was looking for a real techie reason and it was cos i put the base unit upside down! hahahahaha

Liverpool and Manchester huh. That's cool cos i can always get my mum to put me up in B'pool then it's not all that far away.

I didn't hear the end of the upside down base units for days.... I am so dizzy sometimes. PC wouldn't work so there's me with the case undone etc.. Mate says "is it plugged in " and i'm like "HOW stupid do you think i am" Guess what? I had forgotten to plug it in... funny as...

I'm usually the smartie pants that is giving the techie guy loads cause 1, I can and 2, usually (don't take this the wrong way) they are miserable and don't smile. I make it my mission for them to at least grimace! [}:)][:o)]

yeah they are usually miserable. Mind you i would be if i did that stuff still. I;m more software development than hardware hence my get out clause of not plugging stuff in!! Plugs are beneath me lol.
