hi as you know i recently got my iva approved and it all went through no problems and all income and expenditure was for me and my fella as we do live togother but the debts were in my name only had them before i met him but i was wondering what would happen if we were to get married within the next 5 years will it affect my iva or my partner or is it just a case of telling GT that my name has now changed and i am a mrs ??

Hi Kyla - as you live together anyway - i assume he is paying some household expenses anyway ?

Dont to be tempted to link up finanically at the moment
(ie joint accounts)whilst in the IVA

Let you Ip know when your circumstances/name changes

Agree with Ginger, if you are living together it will make no difference.

Just don't do any joint finances.

we have no joint accounts and yes all expenditure etc was done in iva as we do live together all i want is to share his name lol hmmmm thankyou xx
