Anyone included in GT mass variation this August? I was all PPI done. 7 years & 3 months since start of iva. Paid f&f settlement April 2012. Told would receive cc early October 2013. This has now passed into mid-end October when is this going to end...
Sorry to be dismissive but I have been waiting since April 2012 to get my Completion Certificate. So 15 months later still not arrived. The mass Variation was following GT undertaking into PPI They started with this after I had paid and agreed a full & final settlement. They said that due to the new laws they had to undertake the PPI. We completed all the forms and then we signed a form January 2013 to give them permission to keep any monies due from PPI and then we had to do them again as they said they had not received them it had to go through a variation to the original IVA to make sure our creditors agreed that everything had been done to get more money for them. Don't fully understand Mel why it is taking so long. Think we have gone to the bottom of the pile. Heres hoping, I have already spoken to my solicitor and if I dont receive it by the end of next week I am going to ask her to take this up. It is ridiculous...... Will it ever end. This has been the most horrendous 7 1/2 years and I have struggled for so long that It feels like they will never end it.
If only Mel I have had numerous phone calls and sent soo many emails and all that seems to happen is an unforeseen delay occurs and my closure is delayed another 6 weeks. Shooter I am in exactly the same boat as you and if I don't have any luck by the end of this month I will be making an official complaint to the regulatory body my last payment was in Oct 2011 with my CofC supposed to be issued in Aug 2012. Still waiting!

I think that given the amount of chasing that you say you have already done, it may be time to pass this on to the regulators now. Others have done so and seemed to get far quicker results - it is a real shame that you have to resort to this, however.
