Hi all,
Does anyone know if the financial institutions are legally bound to process PPI claims within a specific timeframe?
I started the process with EIC on 15th Dec 2012. They finally submited my claim to various companies on 25th April - so it has been 12 weeks and I have not heard a thing
When I ring EIC for an update I get the usual script from the Customer Service Assistant who says that they do not have access to 'that information'
