They are a very commercial creditor and will look favourably at early settlements which provide them with at least the level of dividend they originally agreed to accept.

Hi All,

I have just got a copy of my recent credit file and have noticed that I have 5 entries for MAX Recovery (2 are settled), three of them are for the same amount... one of the three are status "Satisfied" and the other two are still open (unsatisfied). How do I get in touch with Max Recovery if they are in USA to have these entries corrected?

Thanks
Terry

I think Eversheds and Max Recovery own most of my debts. I have received several information letters saying they owe the debt and i don't have to do anything. As Melanie says this must make life easier for the IP to write out one cheque rather than several.

Nothing you can buy feels as good as not being in debt.
