I had 3 letter from Max Recovery today and as Kallis said they were just statements. I was surprised how little had been paid to them from 17/11/08 to 2/10/09 for one debt they had been paid only 176.01. I know they are paid proportionally but is still seem a little amount. Still I only have 6 payments to go and my IVA officially ends next November, the end is in sight.

I really don't care how much or little has been paid to them. I've not taken much notice of that.

The fact that they are in the IVA is enough for me.

I have to say that when I was updating my credit files Max Recovery and their solicitors Eversheds were the easiest creditors I had to deal with.

Their letters were polite and they did what I asked without any problems at all.

Just had 6 letters from them, all in 6 seperate envelopes. I am shocked to see my debt has not gone down that much with the ones they took over, despite paying £600 a month into my arrangement.

And there is me thinking there is a postal strike ;-)

Inaiva, your debt will not go down until the end of the IVA. You will always owe the full amount until completion.

Bit of a nuisance as it would be good to see it go down, but we just have to keep focused on the end result![:)]

We're all striving towards the same goal and we'll all get there at varying times, then we can all update our credit files, which I am looking forward to doing.
IVA final payment left the bank on the 26th January 2013...looking forward to a debt free future.
