hi all,

I was just wondering whether there is a maximum number of months that an IVA can be extended to?

Thanks,

Hi,

They are usually extended to 72 months but I don't think that's set in stone.

If you already had a 72 month IVA (maybe NR as a creditor) could it be extended to 84 in lieu of equity, I've no idea and one to check with an IP just thinking aloud? x
IVA final payment left the bank on the 26th January 2013...looking forward to a debt free future.

I have seen one or two people have 24 month extensions in lieu of equity, but they seem to be extremely rare.
