I sent copies of my IVA completion certificate to Callcredit, Experian and Equifax.

Within 2 days Callcredit replied saying that they were updating their records but it may take 28 days. However they were happy for me to use their letter as confirmation that the IVA was shown as 'completed' on their records.

It is nice and refreshing to see good customer service like that don't you think?

Let's hope Experian and Equifax come up trumps as well.
