Melanie - Well they told me (both Brian Jackson and Ben Erwin - whom I met indicated that they would review the points and matrix I gave them and the statistics on their voting patterns (from *name deleted* and other Providers). Their 10 year DMP with interest just does not work and could fall foul of the Unfair Trading Practices legislation that came into force in May 2008. I have a case that they re-jected last December that we are hopinp tp put through again and I will know tomorrow/Tuesday as to whether they will agree for me to re-submit then,

It will be useful to get that feedback David, and I will also refer your information back to the person I spoke to.
I will be delighted if we can clear this one up, but I suppose just because they are considering your statistics doesn't necessarily indicate an acceptance of current IVA protocol.
I will do Melanie. However they will then run this risk of a formal complainst and invetigation - they were given a draft of a letter that Leading Council drafted which I am sure they don't wish it to go down that route.
