Hi all,

As some of you many know, I am into my second month of my IVA. I have six creditors, MBNA are the only creditor who still continues to write to me. What should I do. Reveived a letter from them early this week.

Thanks again to everyone this week on the forum. It has been a hard week for me and you support has been wonderful.

The best thing to do is seek advice from your IP on this.

Speak to your IP and tell MBNA you are no longer dealing with them and tell them to contact your IP

Scooby and Oliver are quite right. This is definitly a matter for your IP to deal with.

However, you could help the process along by sending MBNA a copy of your IVA chairman's report with a stern cover letter confirming that the IVA is in place, legally binding on all creditors and that MBNA must only contact your IP from now on.
