Hi.
I have a virgin credit card as one of my creditors, I think they belong to MBNA, am I right ??
Also I keep reading that MBNA keep voting no to IVA's does anyone know why ??

I think they are MBNA, but not 100%. I have MBNA as one of my creditors, so would be interested to find this out

I too have MBNA as one of my creditors (25%), so they will be key to my IVA going through or not if they do vote.

What is your debt, who are your creditors, which company you with and when is your meeting ??

My meeting is on 17/12/07, and I'm with Payplan. I am offering 42p/£, and the 4th Year equity approx £7k. My creditors are cahoot, MBNA, Egg, Argos, Monument, Solutions Finance, Freemans.

Virgin do belong to MBNA - I remember seeing their advert on TV recently and I saw MBNA in the small print!

Does anyone know why MBNA keep voting NO ??
I have a virgin credit card and these part of MBNA.
I am really nervous now, cant sleep again, or keep waking with hot sweats !! think the worst.

I had one with MBNA and they passed on my debt to eversheds before creditors meeting and then they voted yes. So as far as I can see if you dont keep up with payments to them they will soon sell your debt on giving you a better chance. Best of luck
