No idea yet. NR haven't given a reason so my IP is trying to find out to try and counter it. Everyone else accepted. Then I guess BR is the only route left open to me?

If you go BR then you can keep your house if you can get a family member or friend to buy out the equity. Is that a possibility? If it is then BR won't be so bad for you. Do you have any other assets that maybe at risk? Is your job going to be at risk? If "no" to both of them then there may be a way forward for you.

I don't know at present. We have no other assets of worth but don't know if my job will be affected. I am a sales manager and need to have a company credit card......not sure if this is allowed or not. If not then I may lose my job as i cannot funtion without it.

A company credit card is ok as the company are the one that pay for it so I wouldn't worry about that. Have a read of your employment terms and conditions and maybe call HR dept anonymously to ask but I can't see that your job would be affected. Please hang in there for an expert to help you Meash, your IP will also help I'm sure. X

Unfortunately I found this forum too late to follow that brilliant bit of advise. I literally snapped off the hand of the first person I thought could help me. Hindsight what a wonderful thing that is. I would have loved to have Melanie's advise.
