Some companies ring sooner than others. I wouldn't worry.

IVA now over with and it was worth it.

Kev I will be honest with you it is torture, in a way I am glad I am at work to keep me occupied however we have come this far which in itself is an achievement as we have done the hardest part and admitted we had a problem. We are stronger than we think!!!

The one good thing mate is if we get a yes it will be a great xmas present and we can begin the new year with the view to a frsh start.

Lets hope the creditors have got xmas spirit [:)]

Its not unusual for it to take an hour or 2 to hear. If you get too impatient(and who wouldnt be?)give them a bell.
