Hi clive

They want your works number so that they can phone you there, the call centres are given a target for the day to achieve so they phone you and harrass you into paying something so they meet the target. They dont seem too clued up about IVA's or BR. Its all money, money money to them they dont want to hear anything else, they have no bearing on how your IVA will go. I wouldnt give it them, they are only doing their job but you are addressing the problem so leave it at that.

Good luck for the 29th and try to stay sane, you have done all you can do for now.

Hi, Just wondering.. Has anyone put Hitachi capital (Finance company) onto there Iva agreement and if so did they accept or reject your iva propsal?

Hi Clive,
We had Hitachi Capital on our IVA and they decided not to vote. It was only a small amount though.
Thanks,
sblack
