My full and final meeting was today all of my husbands creditors have agreed to settle but none of mine have responded they only need one more vote to get majority though. So have to wait another week for an answer! x

Get your IP ringing round for votes - it really is not difficult!

What a bummer!

Hopefully your IP will chase them up and get you the required vote. Everything crossed that they manage it.

I'm sure it will be ok.

apparently my IP was on a late today and the meeting was at 10 so she only had 2 hours (before 5.30) to chase around. She assured me she would make the calls for me......... but I do wonder!

IPs working shifts!! Whatever next! I assume that you are talking about a member of your IP's staff here - and surely someone else ought to have been covering this. It is a bit of a weak excuse!

Your IP is the one named as your Supervisor in the IVA proposal. Alarming in a way that you don't know who the person is, or have never spoken to them - but that is how it seems to be in the larger firms these days sadly.
