Hi - yes our meeting is tuesday @ 10.45. I am thinking that a possible adjournment due to fuel costs will be the probable outcome!! Hey ho. I've waited this long, I can probably wait a bit longer if that's what happens!!
Can I ask what is an adjournment - at the creditors meeting if the proposal is not agreeddo they not just put modifications forward - what is the difference betwee n modifications and adjournment - sorry if this is a stupid question. I am in an iva already but hate not knowing something!!!!!!! Just have to ask
Sometimes there can be an adjournment, if you are not happy with the modifications or the creditors aren't happy with something in the proposal then the final decision can be delayed for up to two weeks.
