Wonder if anyone can give me some advice or experience.
I've just read some reviews that creditors have voted no if a catalogue has been used in last 3 months I've just checked and I used very in June for the amount of £46 Before that was over 3 months ago.
Will it be refused because of this? Anyone had any experience with this at all?

Any creditor who votes "no" will need to have a "no" vote of over 25% (by value of debt) to swing a refusal. Catalogue debts do tend to be small in comparison to other lenders. so. hopefully, they will not have the clout to get a refusal, even if they do vote "no" and will be bound by the IVA anyway.

I echo the thoughts of the others, I'm sure it will be fine. All the best though.
